Bart looks at everyone with love in his eyes and will give you a soft nip to pay attention to him. He isn’t bothered by dogs and loves other cats, but feels safer when he is with a confident, laid-back friend. Although Bart is not overly happy to be picked up, he is more than happy to accept some love when his 4 paws are on the ground.
