Billy is cautious but not scared. He wants to check everything over. He likes to sit above and take it all in. You can get him and pet him but he does prefer to have a good smell of you first. Just like his brother Jamie, he will flip over to have his belly rubbed for a short period. He likes to chase toys that are a stick and will try to leave with them. Billy does talk once he is more comfortable. Just walks around and meows. His cheeks also like to be massaged. Billy is just as fluffy as his brother.
