Bio:
Meet Cleo: Chaos, Confidence, and Questionable Life Choices.
For someone who isn’t even a year old, I’ve been ridiculously busy.
I survived life outdoors.
I became a mom while I was still a kitten myself.
I raised my babies into happy, healthy little troublemakers.
Now that they’re all grown up, I’ve decided it’s my turn to embrace the luxurious indoor lifestyle. I’ve heard it’s full of snacks, warm beds, and humans who exist solely to admire me. Frankly, I’m on board.
I’m Cleo, a gorgeous dark brown swirl tabby with stunning marble markings and exactly zero understanding of the phrase “inside voice.”
Every day begins the same way. I inspect the toy box, reject several perfectly acceptable toys, choose my favourite, proudly carry it across the room in my mouth like I’ve just dragged down a gazelle on the Serengeti, and announce that today’s games will begin... right here.
Now... we should probably discuss my play style.
Some kittens enjoy a gentle game of tag.
I prefer... Thunderdome.
I’m not mean. I’m not aggressive. I just genuinely believe everyone signed up for full-contact wrestling, parkour, and the occasional flying body slam. Personal space? Never met her.
My foster family has been explaining that humans are, apparently, delicate creatures and that not every game needs to look like the final two minutes of an action movie. I’m slowly figuring it out. Every day I get a little better at remembering that love doesn’t always require a tackle.
What I really need is someone who can laugh at my oversized personality, redirect my enthusiasm, and appreciate that underneath all the chaos is a wonderfully sweet young cat who simply never had the chance to learn how to be “just a kitten.”
I’ve spent my first year surviving.
I’d really like to spend my second year stealing toys, making you laugh, and learning that home is the safest place of all.
