Say Hello to Elizabeth & Rosalind!
These girls are a Mother-daughter bonded pair. This sweet girl, Rosalind (mom), is 8 years old and has been in foster for over a year. She was adopted but due to a severe illness with her adopted mother, she was returned. She is an extremely shy lady but is slowly learning to trust her foster mom. She does not like to be touched but greets her at the door with loud meows . She loves treat time in the evening and will often sit at her foster mom’s feet watching tv. She adores the ball tower toy and will lay on the floor with it batting the balls around for long periods of time. She gets along well with the other foster cats and also the resident kitties. She adores her daughter Elizabeth and needs to be adopted with her. She has never been aggressive or swatted at her foster mom. Her foster mom feels that she may have been abused in the past so she needs a quiet home environment to learn to trust and be shown love.
Elizabeth a sweet independent girl dances to the beat of her own drum. She is very outgoing and playful but likes to live on her own terms. She does not like to be picked up or held but loves body rubs and ear scratches. She likes to give love bites and nips at the back of her foster mom’s legs when she is getting her food ready as if to say hurry up. She loves other cats and lives with 2 dogs in foster care. She absolutely loves cuddling and hanging out with her mom Rosalind.
