Hudson's Bio:
Hudson is one of the "H" kittens from a beautiful colony in Williamsburg. This Colonyfeeder/carer did a wonderful job with these cats and kittens as can be seen and how friendly they all are.
Hudson is an out-going kitten. He loves to be pet and will head butt you continuously until you give him the attention that he wants. Although he is curious and friendly he may still startle easily. That will improve over time and I have noticed a great improvement in only a few days.
Hudson plays with a lot of energy and is singularly focused on the wand toy that he is chasing. He also likes to play with foam balls. He likes to carry anything he catches in his mouth and he will trill the toys as he is chasing them. Any toy with catnip would be met with great enthusiasm!
He has not had any exposure to children in his foster situation but would likely be ok with older ones, given his friendly nature. He also has not had any exposure to dogs but with proper introductions would probably be fine. He is sharing his foster space with 2 other cats and he gets along with everyone in the room. He does like to head-butt the others in the room and sometimes that can be quite strong, but it is not done with any aggression. It seems more like young enthusiasm. He also really likes pets and will push the other cats out of the way to get more.
Hudson has a very good appetite. He likes to sample the food in everyone else’s dish during meal time. He also likes treats, but will choose pets over treats every time. He has good litter habits and is very clean.
He does not mind being picked up but is not sure about being cuddled. Similarly, he is uncertain about accepting brushes. He is more interested in you using your hand to pet him rather than brushing him.
Hudson is a very friendly cat. It only took him a day to engage in play and seek pets. He always sleeps out in the open and, if startled he will hide but come right back out. He wants nothing but to love and be loved in return. He will be a great addition to any home.
9 months old; neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, microchipped
$275
(Kittens must be adopted in pairs unless there is a young, playful cat at home)
