Meet James!
James is a gorgeous with a ton of love to give! If you are looking for a sweet kitty to always be delighted to see you no matter how long you were apart, James is your boy. He is the first at the foster room door when he hears a human coming, where he will give a warm welcome, rubbing against your legs and asking for pets. After this greeting, he is happy to roll with whatever his human would like to offer, whether that be taking out the toys for a little bit of play or curling up on your lap for some TV watching or computer time. He fills any room he is in with his soothing energy and loud purr. A relatively low energy cat, he spends much of his time lounging, sunbathing, and watching out the window. It doesn’t take much to get this boy sleepy and content! James has lived with a few other cats, however, he was showing some signs of stress in that environment so is now living solo (with just humans) and loving it. So, we believe James would be happiest as an only-cat or with a calm, cat-savvy dog (he has been quite tolerant of the resident dog at his foster!). When it comes to grooming, he is quite tolerant of his foster cutting nails and he loves all food and treats.
