Kimmie's Bio:
Kimmie is a sweet boy who offers the whole package. He can be a high energy, playful cat and a real cuddle bug. When he is not playing, he is quiet and gentle and will approach you for pets and belly rubs. He will quietly climb onto your lap and purr himself to sleep. He can be picked up and moved to a different spot, but seems uncertain when picked up to be cuddled. Again, this is something he will likely be fine with over time. He does startle easily and may run and hide, but he comes right back out to see what you are doing. His tolerance for sudden movements is improving slowly.
Kimmie tolerates being brushed but will walk away when he has had enough. As he gains confidence in his new home he will likely enjoy being brushed on a regular basis.
When it comes to playtime, he can be high energy while chasing a wand toy or simply playing with mice or balls or any toy that happens to catch his attention. Other times he is a little more laid back but loves to participate in group play. He loves catnip, so any toy that contains it would be well received.
Kimmie has had no exposure to children in his foster situation, but his laid back personality would probably adapt well with slow introductions. Similarly, he has had no experience around dogs in his foster’s home, but gets along well with other cats and, as with children, would likely do alright with slow introductions.
Kimmie eats well and has very clean litter habits. He loves Churru treats and Temptations hard treats.
Doesn't he have the most adorable ear tufts!!!
4 years old; neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, microchipped
