Octavia
Octavia is a four year old Tabby from the Glasglow Colony near Ottawa.
She is a lower energy cat, but does enjoy playing with wand toys and toys that contain catnip.
This pretty little girl is shy, but she is food motivated and will accept pets while eating food or treats. In time, she will accept head scratches and full body pets, even when there is no food involved. She enjoys hanging out on the cat tree and likes to nap in the cubby on the second level. She also likes to sit on the top of the tree and look outside, no doubt watching all of the birds. She likes to have a niche that she can use as a “safe zone” and will move in and out of it as she becomes more brave.
Octavia eats both soft and hard food and would much rather eat pate than something in sauce or gravy. She loves Churu treats and they are a great way to make friends with her. She likes hard treats as well, but usually will not approach you to get them. She uses the litter without issue and keeps herself neatly groomed.
If Octavia feels threatened or cornered she will bite. For this reason she would be best in a home with just adults or one with older children who will respect her space. She can be nippy if she get over-stimulated during patting. She would do very well in a home with a friendly, confident cat that will help guide her and make her more comfortable.
4 years old; spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, microchipped
$250
