Meet Owen!
Owen came in with 37 other cats from the "O" colony. Owen grows warmer and more affectionate every day! He Loves to come to you when you open the door, making figure eights around your legs, and falls hard for neck scratches. He's not quite comfy enough to step onto my lap. He's the timekeeper in the room, and when it's meal time he's ready and waiting. Clever, he lets the others start before him on the dry food so he can get to the wet food first! He will patiently and gently take treats, though he only finishes about half of them - I'll try some softer ones.
Owen has a merry time chasing the wand toy and makes a big production of capturing and parading his catch about! He loves to sit in the windowsill and watching the birds outside, chirping quietly at them. Plays easily and quietly with the other cats in the room. The peacekeeper between the other two . Gave me the death stare when I switched litter to clay on him but luckily didn't protest otherwise. Shy at first but gaining confidence by the day!
