Percival, aka Percy, is a gorgeous tabby Tom—with some of the most stunning markings his foster's ever seen! He's still shy, but he craves attention and will even let you cuddle him for a bit. He'll happily snuggle on your lap, too. This guy's gonna be a total lap cat, I bet. He loves wet food, snacks on dry kibble, and never turns down treats. He'd be happiest with a feline buddy.
