Rutabaga is a total attention hog. He loves to cuddle and comes up to us for attention all the time. He loves being up high and watching the world. He spends his nights playing for a few hours and then curls up in bed with the foster's 8 year old. He likes chin scratches and will allow his foster to pick him up and hold him and cuddle him. He purrs like crazy and will meow for attention. Rutabaga will make a really sweet companion in his forever home.
