Meet Schroeder!
This boy is quite bold and chatty. He is very friendly and wants to be pet all of the time. He will come to you as soon as you enter the room and will seek you out for attention.
Schroeder plays energetically with ball toys. He will carry foam balls around in his mouth, then throw them and give chase. However, he does end up shredding those foam balls so plastic balls are probably the best with him. He enjoys any toy that has catnip in it. He absolutely loves catnip. Normally quite regal looking, he becomes a silly rolly polly cat when he is on the ‘nip.
Schoeder has not had a bath or his nails clipped in his foster home. He really doesn’t know what to think of being brushed but he doesn’t hate it.
In his foster home, he has had no exposure to children, but would likely be ok with older, respectful ones.
Schroeder loves teats. He likes hard treats but he really likes squeeze up treats like Churos. He eats hard food and soft food and does not seem to have a preference between the two.
Schoeder has worked hard at getting along with other cats. He would do best in a home with a quiet, non dominant cat.
With a little bit of patience, Schroeder will become a wonderful companion. He with chat with you, give you lots of affection and head butts.
