Meet Silver!
Silver is a beautiful tuxedo cat with a gentle, timid personality. She’s quite shy and prefers to observe the world from the comfort of her cat tree, where she can watch other cats play or keep an eye on the birds outside the window, or cuddle with her kitten, Soraya.
Silver is just starting to come out of her shell and has recently shown interest in toys, playing with the others and wanting to get out of the foster room into the house. She also has started to come out to greet me at feeding times and treat times but is still shy and standoffish. Silver loves her wet food and tasty treats— she’ll happily wait by the door when it’s feeding time!
Silver does not enjoy being picked up, but she will allow some gentle petting before retreating to a safe hiding spot. With patience and a calm environment, she has the potential to blossom into a loving, gentle, playful kitty.
Silver has no experience with dogs and hasn’t had much grooming experience, a quiet, low-stress home would be ideal for her.
Although she’s reserved, Silver is a very sweet, gentle girl who would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, peaceful cat to share their home.
