Meet Soraya!
Soraya is a sweet tuxedo girl who is shy and timid with people, but enjoys the company of other cats. She would love a feline friend to play with, as she truly comes to life when she has another kitty around.
Her eyes light up the moment the laser toy comes out—Soraya will run, jump, and chase that little beam of light with endless energy! She also loves zooming around the foster room and climbing the activity wall.
Soraya can be easily spooked by too much noise or activity, so she would thrive in a calm, quiet home. She adores her wet food and will happily come out at mealtimes—often becoming quite talkative and a little pushy while waiting for her meal or treats! Once things get noisy, she may retreat again to her safe space.
While Soraya doesn’t enjoy being held, she will allow gentle petting once she feels comfortable. She’ll do best with a patient adopter who will let her build trust at her own pace. With time, love, and a gentle playful cat companion to help guide her, Soraya is sure to blossom into a wonderful lifelong friend.
