Thelma
Meet Thelma, a shy and sweet little cat who is ready to find her forever home where she can complete her socializing.
This good-natured girl enjoys attention and once comfortable, will greet you when she sees you. She will seek out head and back scratches, and even enjoy a good chin rub with the people she is comfortable with.
Thelma can be found playing with her fellow foster cats, or perched near the window bird watching. She is receptive to other friendly cats. And don't overlook her adorable mohawk! It is so unique, but definitely not indicative of a rebellious personality.
She has enjoyed a calm environment with minimal noise and activity. Thelma will retreat if there's too much stimulation. She is still shy and learning to trust, but always receptive to interaction. She will get startled, but rally quickly, making excellent eye contact the whole time.
Thelma would do best in a quiet home with a patient person who wants to welcome and help a sweet cat blossom so she can have her best life. A friendly feline companion would help her transition and model positive interactions with people.
2 years old; spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, microchipped
