Whinny's Bio:

If you're looking for a ball full of energy, love, and fun, Whinny is the guy for you! He is full of personality! He is an adorable, rambunctious, friendly little boy. He's super affectionate with people and has barely stopped purring since he arrived in foster care. He loves attention so much that he'll stand up on his back feet and reach up for you with his little paws if you try to stand up and stop petting him. He enjoys being picked up and gently snuggled for short periods as long as he's allowed to get back to playing when he decides he's had enough. Once relaxed in his forever home I expect he will be a big snuggler. He is super playful...he would play all day if he could! And he's hilarious when he does! He jumps so high and will play so vigorously that he runs into things. He'll sing to you and let you know that he'd like you to be more entertaining sometimes he gets excited and nibbles fingers that are petting him. He's pretty high energy at times like a little bull in a China cabinet. He can occasionally be a overzealous towards the other foster cats. They can get along fine and he enjoys their company and playing for the most part, but sometimes he can bat at a face or jump on someone's back, so he may not do well with a cat who couldn't handle that. He would be happiest though with a playful friend(s). There were dogs where he came from but were not sure what his experience was like with them. He hasn't been exposed to children during his time in foster care. He is still a little jumpy around loud noises or fast movements and he can be a little rough with hands that pet him, so he would likely do better with older children. He's an absolute adorable fiend for wet food, catnip and Churro. He just wants to be wherever you are and never wants to be left behind. He would definitely love to belong to someone who's home often and who can give him all the love he deserves!
