Our Mandate is to fund and promote sterilization of stray and barn cats as a means to humanely reduce the overpopulation of cats in Spencerville and surrounding areas. As part of this mandate, we sometimes need to relocate colonies of cats that are not suitable for indoor homes. These cats are feral or semi feral and typically do not want much to do with people, however they make excellent mousers. As part of this goal, we are looking for suitable outdoor home to place cats on an as needed basis. Cats are vetted and fixed prior to going to their new outdoor home. ​

  • Barns
  • Work shops
  • Chicken coops
  • Garages
​Requirements of outdoor homes
  • locked up for a MINIMUM of 3 weeks to imprint the new location on them
  • Fresh water offered at all times
  • Food is offered daily 
  • Cats have a way to get out of the weather 
  • Willing to take at least 2 cats
