Have you ever wanted a cat but wasn’t sure if you have the time?? There is a beautiful comfort and calmness to having a cat but sometimes people wonder if they can give the time a cat needs. If you have ever thought this, meet Liana. Liana is a 7 year old cat that came to us as a stray being outside for quite some time. Liana loves pets and to sit on your lap. She purrs loudly and loves treats but she also likes her alone time. Liana will let you know she has had enough love by jumping off your lap or sometimes a swat of her paw. She loves to sit comfortably looking out the window, enjoying the sun and reminds you it is time for treats. Liana prefers to be the only cat in the house or would be good with another docile cat. A quieter home would be best but she did very well when introduced to children. She sometimes meets her foster at the door and rubs around her legs and sometimes just lifts her head off the bed to say hi before going back to sleep. Liana is a low energy cat but also loves play time with the feather wand and goes crazy for cat nip toys. Liana is super ready for her forever home where she can enjoy her humans but is also allowed to just enjoy a full belly, a warm house and some sunshine.❤️

Update Sept 3: Liana is now fully integrated into the foster home. She also does well with the resident dog.
